Ctech prefers to use the acronym IT as opposed to "Technology" as we feel that computers and their efficient management of information resources are more properly termed IT which stands for "Information Technology". Technology encompasses many other sciences and disciplines and therefore we like to use what we feel is an accurate term. We are helping midsized companies and small companies manage their information resources. Accounting systems, document management, office productivity software, network infrastructure, Internet presence. All of these and many more can be a part of a businesses information systems.
Ctech excels in helping small to medium-sized companies implement and maintain their information systems. We have implemented numerous personal computer-based Network Systems since 1994. We have in-house experience with Microsoft technologies commonly using the Microsoft Small Business Server Product which includes Microsoft exchange. Many of our customers benefit from the collaboration and enhance groupware communication that Microsoft Exchange offers. In addition we are frequently looking for alternatives to the mainstream products such as Microsoft offers. Although they are far and away the leader in business software there are often many alternatives that are viable and practical alternatives.
